Insurance Coverage

We are not currently in-network with any major insurance networks. This ensures that we can spend our time providing therapy and using therapeutic approaches and developing goals that are tailored to each individual and families needs, independent of restrictions put in place my insurance companies. We are able to, with the input of the families and individuals we work with, decide frequency and length of sessions.

We’ve included some helpful information below about insurance reimbursement options. Please feel free to contact us for a free consultation, and we’re happy to discuss these options with you!

Insurance Reimbursement Options

Superbill

Option One

A superbill is provided per your request at the end of every month. A superbill can be submitted by you to your insurance company to request reimbursement for services, based on your out-of-network benefits. Our superbills provide all the information you need to be reimbursed. Please check with your insurance company to determine your out-of-network benefits for speech and language therapy services.

Network Gap Exceptions

Option Two

Network gap exceptions are tools insurance companies use to compensate for gaps in their network of contracted healthcare providers. When your health insurer grants you network gap exceptions, they are allowing you to get care from an out-of-network provider while paying lower in-network fees. Network gap exceptions may also be known as out-of-network exceptions, network insufficiency exceptions, gap waivers, or clinical gap exceptions.

Please contact your insurance provider to learn more about network gap exceptions, or contact us for further information and we’re happy to help!

Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts

Option Three

Speech therapy services are eligible for reimbursement from flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts.
